The new website of the Historical Association of Tobyhanna Township recently won state and national honors for nonprofit website design. The site — tobyhannatwphistory.org — won a first-place award in the 2012 Pennsylvania Communications Contest sponsored by the Pennsylvania Press Club, an affiliate chapter of the National Federation of Press Women. The meeting room was filled with members of the Historical Association of Tobyhanna Township on June 13 in support of three long-time colleagues set to receive recognition by the Tobyhanna Township supervisors for their years of service.
